The 5th grade science fair happened.
Ashley, Denali, and Quinn did one to see if you could use liquid chocolate syrup instead of coco powder.
The liquid was much lighter and less chocolate tasting, but it did work.  So the girls hypothesis of it working but being more moist was correct.  The gils all had different opinions on what was the best, but they did a great job.
Sharing what they learned at the science fair.
We continue to practice the trio dance and all their competitions are starting this weekend for their group dances so we will be busy.

A fun story.  Quinn is working on giving more concrete answers at school, rather then just talking and and having fun with her Tobii.  So she wanted to go outside, and her wonderful nurse Tara said, if you want to go outside, you need to tell me with your Tobii you want to go to the playground, and then I will take you outside at the next recess.  So Quinn was mad and did not tell her anything for awhile.  She went to lunch and came back to Amy telling her that Quinn kept using her Tobii to say it's not fair, playground, it's not fair, playground, playground, over and over.  So Tara said ok, Quinn and they went out to recess.  So we are starting to be more concrete, granted this was something Quinn really wanted, but it's a great start.  Oh how I love this girl.  Oh how I love all my kids.

Quinn was using her Tobii computer and asked to have someone read her a picture book, fiction, and before I knew it, Grandpa had a book over there reading to her.
Then she was so happy she giggled and then they both got the giggles.
That is love!
I am trying more and more to enjoy the small things, and they are not really all that small.
Sharing a giggle with Denali is pretty wonderful!
 That dog loves this girl!
Our tradition is to do heart hair on heart day, so we kept up the tradition.

Denali had a great experience hanging with friends and trying on foot braces, so now she has a tiny glimpse of what Quinn feels.

We went tot he boat and camper show.  It's ironic since none of us love being outside like we should.
The animals were our favorite part.  I love how Quinn is smiling for the camera.
and it's finally going, the kids are doing a trio dance together and it's amazing!
I have had tears of joy!  It is going to be powerful, and when we get some dates, I will share where you can see this amazing  dance.

After all that, we needed to cuddle!
