Isaiah is keeping summer interesting by having us take some time out to get x-rays, and stop by the doctors.  He was running around and a a fluke fall and hurt his elbow.  He is a crazy tough kids and he could not stop the tears and said it was hurting.  So a few hours later when it was still hurting, we went to the doctors, and thankfully they don't think it is broken, but a day later and a sling, and some ibuprofen, it's still hurting, we are just thankful it appears to not be broken.
 Our fancy new sling.
Looking at our bones is always cool.
A little nervous after getting x-rays.  What a trooper, Isaiah was tough the whole time.

Denali is lost in her messy room and will hopefully be joining us sometime soon,  and Quinn is getting her new seating system next week, just in time for Sarah and Brandon's wedding, so to end the blog, here is what she has been talking about lately.

Isaiah, Denali, and I went to family camp for the last few days.  Dad worked and spent some time with his friends, and Quinn got to hang out with Chrissy, Annette, and Ben.  I will say that I do struggle finding a balance of what to do with two kids that are not in wheelchairs and one that is in a wheelchair.  I want to keep things fair and as even as possible, but life puts roadblocks in the way and life is not fair.  So thanks so much to our friends who love Quinn and are willing to give her an amazing weekend so she feels just as special as my other two at camp.   I keep working at finding a fair balance where everyone gets what they need and go from there.

I got a bit worried for the night before we went to camp, as Denali freaked out, and I mean freaked out when she had a few baby flies in her room.  We talked about how camp is going to have bugs, and  we can not be freaking out the whole time.  Thankfully we did great at camp, no freaking out, and we had lots of fun.

 They had a petting barn,

 pony rides,
We had the option to stay in cabins or the lodge.  The cabins had more bugs, a two block walk to a bathroom, uphill, no electricity, and very basic, while the lodge had electric, and indoor plumbing, and the kids opted for the cabins!  YEAH, a great experience.  They were excited to spend the night on the top bunk, and did great sharing with the bugs.

We went on hikes, and did pretty good.
 They loved swimming.
We cooked our own meal one night.
The councilors lead us in great devotions, games, songs, and lots of fun.
Us parents got a morning to ourselves where we got to do the zip line.  That was fun!
Jumping pillows were also pretty fun!
We talked about how Jesus is our teacher, or healer, our savior, and our friend, and if you want to get some camp songs stuck in your head, talk to my kids, about the time I finally get them out of my head, one of them start singing about bubble gum or worms, or something.

Want to know more about our camp?

I will post about Quinn's fun weekend soon!

We were less then two minutes away from camp, and Denali was out, and slept all the way home.  Phew, camp was exhausting, so fun but so busy!

Go Fish!
Well, we started a sticker chart over a month ago, and every day we got no warnings on our  behavior chart, we got to put a sticker on our fish chart.  We had 40 days and needed 20 stickers, and Denali was the last to get her 20 stickers, with one day to spare, phew, she just made it, because Aunt Sarah was here this last weekend, and that was the goal, she would get them a fish, if they were successful, and thank goodness, they all made their goal!

As for names, Quinn after going through name after name, decided on the very stylish name of "Fish".

Isaiah is super excited about his fish, but is still unsure of what name he is going to give him.
Denali is loving her fish and decided to name it
"Bubbles".
So, three new containers with three new fish.

Finally Isaiah has his ring bearer outfit!
You would think my girls are picky when it comes to clothes, but he is the picky one in our family!
Thank goodness we have something we both can agree on that we are both happy with!
We have also had the talk, about on the day of the wedding, when he wants to say, I don't like this outfit, and I don't want to smile.  That entire day, when someone wants to take a picture of him, he is going to smile with no complaining, and when folks tell him how cute or nice he looks, rather then say what he wants to say, he is going to smile and say thank you!  Oh boy, manners are hard some days, but we are getting ready!
Three weeks to go until the big wedding!
