Well, we left last week to go to Memphis to spend time with Family, after my uncle's passing.
After all the funerals we have been to lately, we are learning to focus on life.
We are trying to take every day for what it is and love folks up!
Not taking anything for granted.
So on our way down there were a ton of signs for this cave in Springfield.
It looked like a vehicle took folks for a tour through the cave, so I called to see how accessible they were. Only to find they were totally accessible! So we had to stop on the way!
We learned lots about caves and this cave was amazing! The kids and I loved it!
Next up was a stop by the home of thrown rolls. They throw the rolls to us and the kids loved it!
We stopped half way in Branson. The kids wanted to stay in the room and play on electronics, but me being the mean mom, I am, I said we are going out and having fun! I was taking us to a Rock and Roll show, but Isaiah said that was going to be to loud and did not want to do that. :) So we drove by an Acrobats show, and decided on that instead.
Quinn slept through 90% of the show, but caught a few things. The kids loved the show!
We had to stop and do a bit of shopping too! Look at Quinn look at Isaiah! She loves him!
We had to play in the game room and do a bit of swimming the next morning before heading the rest of the way to Memphis.
The kids loved the pool! It was great and so empty! That makes it so good for Quinn to swim.
Finally we were almost to Memphis and drove by cotton fields. We had to explore them. Isaiah was worried we would get arrested for trespassing! The girls were so excited to see how cotton grows!
We also got to see how it gets bundled up to be sold at market.
Then it was on to Memphis! Stories about Pat to follow!
