We did shaving cream eggs!
Somehow Grandpa got it on his nose, and Quinn did not even tell  him.
Isaiah was helping Quinn with her eggs, or maybe just making a bigger mess.
I keep thinking this is less messy then other ways to do eggs, but I am rethinking this.
They have to dry this way for a bit so the color sticks to the eggs.
During our Uno game, I got a few cute pictures too.

Another wonderful Easter down in the books.

What a blessed Easter we had.  We read our Easter Stories, found the Easter story in a few of our Bibles, and hunted for eggs, were inspired in church, and just enjoyed each other!  It was wonderful!
The girls both got used/new Easter Dresses.  They are both good with the consignment store, and that is why their closets are full!  Isaiah does not like to dress up, and in turn did not want a new Easter out fit, and I'm ok saving money!
 We started off opening baskets.

Then got ready for church.  Denali wanted curls, so curls it was.
Quinn did not want to smile or open her eyes yet, as she stayed up most of the night to see the Easter Bunny!

They had to show off their baskets of eggs and chocolate bunnies.

Isaiah said with it being Easter, we needed bunny ears and silly faces, so we did it!

Isaiah wanted to share the main message of Easter!
Quinn finally was up and going and started her giggles, oh how I love those giggles!
I looked down part way through church to see the girls holding hands!  Oh how I love that!
More Easter pictures to come!  Eggs, cards, and so forth!
Blessing to each of you!  Thanks for checking in on us!

Working hard at therapy, tummy time, and trying to hold up her head.  The mirror is a great motivator, as both my girls do not have issues wanting to look at themselves!
We also have the new computer and are learning how it works, and it is amazing!
Quinn answers questions, tells us things are boring, plays games, and again, she is loving getting her picture and other pictures on there to check out.

Exciting times!

Celebrating Palm Sunday with palm leaves and a little sister love!

Saturday, March 19, 2016

Getting back into school after spring break, and a time change is hard!  Isaiah and Quinn have been slow getting up and going.  Quinn, after 3 weeks of no school slept 13 hours Monday night.  By the end of the week, we are all doing better, but wow, mornings are slow in our house hold right now.

So after some big therapy appointments, and driving practice, Quinn is resting most of the weekend.  We are also working on a few easter projects as well as a few examples of art projects for my classroom.

Can you tell what artist / author we are working on?

We had a family Make a Wish party and celebrated with amazing families, great Make a Wish volunteers and staff, and many Husker Athletes.
The kids started off getting stuffies!  they loved that!

Denali hula hooped for a good 30 minutes
We got caricatures!  He was great, his name is Dirk Christensen and his number is 308 440 4815, he is fast and good!

The picture does not show it, but Quinn loved the frosting!
We had cupcakes, and got to decorate our own, that was fun!
Isaiah played legos for the majority of the time we were there.
We played the cookie on your face game.
Denali has that game down, and she was fast and great at it!
 Quinn though that was fun!
We got to play on the Nebraska football field and the games and everything was in the football stadium indoor area.

We are blessed in so many ways!
