We have had some yucky days where we are not sleeping and feeling yucky, but for one precious hour, she did great!

We did some driving with Chrissy!

Love to watch her driving!

Pumpkins on the porch!
 Carmel apple traditions

Quinn was not in the mood to eat caramel!
What a smile though!

Change is usually hard for us.
This time is no exception.
Our night nurse, Dora, has moved!
She has an amazing plan for her education and her future.
We however are missing her so much.
Quinn cried almost every morning the last week she was here.
Finally after Chrissy talked to her, Quinn tried so hard not to cry to leave Dora with happy memories, but if you click on these pictures from Dora's last morning, you can clearly see Quinn trying super hard not to cry!
Oh it is hard when you have someone who really understands you, and now someone new will come in and be involved in all your personal business.
So currently Dad and I are the nurse, and we can take it on, but we are looking forward to getting a new nurse to come a few nights and mornings a week to help us out.  We have had some wonderful nurses, but Dora was so wonderful!  We miss you Dora but look forward to seeing all the wonderful things you do in the future!

Yet another reason to love this town.
We are so thankful for Dancing Beyond Limits and being a part of our community.

I worried that Quinn would be laying around at home and not part of the community.
Yes we do our fair share of laying around, but we are also out and about and part of the community and I am so thankful for that!

We had fall break and we had fun!
We went to the pumpkin patch and had so much fun with friends!

Dancing beyond Limits started again!
All three of my kids are in it.
Quinn takes part and Isaiah and Denali are helpers.
This is one of those times where it is so nice.  Everyone is accepted.
Everyone is happy, and enjoying life.
It is such an uplifting moment in the week!

We are oh so grateful!

Yikes!  Time got away from me!

I have gone to funeral after funeral lately, and so have been praying for lots of families to find peace.

Then my kids are stepping into the teen, preteen role very well.  When they are tired their grouchy side comes out and everything in life is hard.  5 minutes of doing dishes is honestly going to kill them.

Just asking them to put their clothes away is so horrible of me.

When they are good they are so good and delightful to be around, but wow they are moody!  So I am going to work hard to help them find their joy and get to be earlier!
