After a day back from Camp Eagle, we headed to Memphis TN to visit family.
I love how the kids are always ready to get up and go go go for new adventures. Look at those early morning smiles, knowing we are going to be driving for 13 hours.
Once we got to Memphis, we started the fun right away, with firecrackers.
We woke up the next morning to more firecrackers.
Who does not love the parachutes?
Then we headed down to the Mississippi River to see the big fireworks. The kids had never seen the really big commercial fireworks before.
We started off getting a bit to eat at a little bar and grill right on the river, then we had to wait
and wait
and wait, and then finally the magic started, and they loved them.
