Our Day at Universal.

We were excited!  Isaiah had a banana to give to a Minion, but decided to eat it instead.  Minion's love banana's in case you did not know.

Today was the hottest day we had.  We only spent about half a day here and spent the rest at the Village.

Comparing Universal to Disney.
Disney has many more regular rides Quinn can ride on, both have 3-D rides that are adaptable for  Quinn.  Both places let us skip the lines, which has ruined us for Parks forever, as we felt like rock stars.  Disney has the magic fast pass to let us get to see some characters fast, while Universal will have someone walk us to the front of every line.
Both places were wonderful giving my family experiences that were amazing!

We loved Dr. Seuss land, but did not ride any rides as they would not let Quinn ride them and this was where we decided that it was hot and we were ready to chill out.

The Minion ride was a favorite of everyones!

Then we got to meet a minion.
Next we got to see Scooby and Shaggy.  Scooby wanted to push Quinn around the park for awhile.  He was great!

We went to a scary make up show, and the kids loved watching how they can make things look scary and gross in weird ways.
We got whisked away to see all the characters from the Minions next.

It was very hot so Quinn kept her eyes closed most of the time.
 Then it was transformers time.
and we were back to the future.

We made it to the land of Harry Potter.
It was packed!  We did find a calm corner to listen to some wizard singers, but after taking the train over to Islands of Adventure to see the school, the people were to much for us, so we did not do much of what we wanted there, and so we did not stay there as long as we planned.  We are still so glad we got to experience it, but would suggest to go early in the day to avoid the heat and all the muggles.

The train ride was awesome.  We had our own train car, the window (video monitor) showed us traveling to the Harry Potter school, Hagarid flew by and we ran into some trouble, but on the other side of our train car, we saw the shadows of Harry, Herminie and some of their friends.  They ended up saving us, and we got to listen in on how they would do it.  That was pretty amazing.

We did meet the train conductor and got to see the crazy book.

With how hot and crazy it was, Quinn decided to take a nap.  That was a great idea.
Meeting Spider Man was great.  He was so good at giving my kids lots of attention.

Then we ran into Captain America, he doted on the girls and gave Isaiah tips on flexing his muscles.

The girls both had bracelets made.  Denali never finds her name on anything, so they loved their new treasures.

We played a few games, and saw lots of great places, but the heat sent us home early.  It was sure fun and we would love to go back when it's not quite so hot and busy.
